Allow install from browser
Android asks "Allow installs from this source?" — tap Settings and enable it. One-time only.
Settings → Install unknown apps → your browser → Allow

Tap Install
Open the downloaded file. Tap Install. NOVA appears on your home screen.

Enable Accessibility Service
Required for navigation commands — back, home, scroll, screenshot.
Settings → Accessibility → NOVA Voice Controller → Enable

Train your wake word
In the app: Set Wake Word → say your chosen word 20 times → Train. NOVA learns your voice entirely on your phone. Then say your word — NOVA replies "Yes?"
